El todo incluido. Comida a tiempo, rica y variada. Magnificas vistas a la playa!!. Servicio de snorkel bien.

Hotel q me imagino q tuvo mejores épocas,tiene goteras por todas partes ,en las habitaciones limpias aunque el olor a humedad es terrible ,la ducha no funcionaba bien,cortes de luz,la comida muy repetitiva ,pero el personal muy amable y la playa preciosa,volveremos a Cuba pero creo q no ha ese hotel,.

Buen campamento base a precio muy asequible con instalaciones aceptables y una gran situacion al inicio de varadero,ademas tienen un bus que te lleva al centro de varadero gratuito.mucho cliente ruso y sobre todo turismo cubano,buena playa y buen servicio de los camareros,la comidad pasable aunque al cuarto dia ya estas harto de lo mismo aunque dispone de resturantes diferentes que previa reserva te sacan del apuro en las cenas.En general por el precio y la calidad no se puede pedir mas.

Estuvimos en agosto del 17 al 19, mi esposo, los niños y yo. En el hotel nos fue muy bien, la habitación muy bonita con vista al mar, la limpieza es buena, los empleados del hotel son amables, las piscinas son grandes, bonitas y se mantienen limpias. La comida es buena, variada y abundante. En resumen pasamos 3 días muy buenos, con excepción del regreso que fue un desastre. El 19 a las 4:00 pm debía recogernos un ómnibus de transgaviota para llevarnos de regreso a la Habana. El ómnibus nunca llegó. El personal del hotel se portó muy bien con nosotros, especialmente Caty, la comercial del hotel y un señor con un uniforme blanco que trabaja en el lobby del hotel (no le preguntamos su nombre). Ellos al ver que eran más de las 6:00 pm y no nos habían recogido nos ayudaron a entrar el equipaje nuevamente y el señor nos llevó a comer, a pesar de que después de las 4:00 ya no teníamos derecho a los servicios del hotel, mientras, Caty se encargó de llamar a transgaviota para ver qué había pasado. Como en transgaviota no le dieron respuesta, comenzó a llamar a otros lugares de varadero para ver si había algún transporte que saliera para la Habana que pudiera desviarse y entrar al hotel a recogernos. Gracias a ella pudimos regresar esa noche a la Habana en un ómnibus que iba al aeropuerto José Martí, el chofer se portó muy bien con nosotros y nos acercó lo más que pudo al lugar donde vivimos. Bueno quisiéramos enviarle nuestros saludos a Caty, al señor de blanco y a todos en el hotel, felicitarlos por su buen trabajo y decirles que guardamos un buen recuerdo de los días que pasamos allí y que estamos muy agradecidos por la ayuda que nos brindaron en el incidente del regreso.
